The G.O.O.D. Club

A debt payoff practice for high-earning professionals ready to get out from under it—fast, on their own terms.

For DPTs, CRNAs, PAs, JDs, and other professionals who make great money and don't want debt to dictate what life they lead.

This is for you if:

  • You're a physical therapist, nurse anesthetist, PA, JD, or other professional with a strong income and debt to show for it

  • You already know you want it gone — you're not here to be convinced

  • You've got a financial advisor for the long game, and you want someone focused on the short game: getting debt paid off, fast

  • You're tired of feeling like your income should have solved this by now

  • You want a plan, a person in your corner, and full ownership of the process

Step 1: The Full Surface

We get every dollar out in the open. Most people underestimate what they spend—we'll fix that first, so the plan that follows is built on real numbers, not guesses or wishful thinking. You'll pull your spending and debt picture together, and we'll go through it line by line, together. We start with facts, not frugality. From there, I build you a couple of different paths to get out of debt, so you can see your real options before you decide how you want to proceed.

August 2026 price: $500, one-time

Step 2: 90 Days of Support

Weekly 45-minute sessions, on your schedule—you book the time, I show up ready. You'll choose the budgeting tool that fits you (I won't hand you mine); my job is to keep you moving, help you troubleshoot the weeks that go sideways, and keep the plan honest. You'll also get a short weekly note to help you stay in it.

August 2026 price: $500/month, 3 months

Who you're working with

Emily Burnett is the Chief Client Mentor at The GOOD Club. I spent ~15 years managing tech, project/processes, and people before I left to help people get their financial footing and create work I love. I've written two books on coming to trust yourself with money and your life decisions, Dear Fellow Spender and Dear Fellow Dreamer with a third on the way.I built The GOOD Club specifically for smart professionals who like their work but feel stifled by their debt. I'm not here to manage your money for you or tell you what you should want. I'm here to help you get what you already want.

FAQs

Questions others have before buying

No. We'll figure out what fits you — some members use YNAB, some use something simpler. You choose the tool; I help you use it well.

Keep them. I'm not a financial advisor and I don't give investment advice. I'm focused on one thing: getting your debt paid off as fast as you're willing to go.

That's normal — it's part of why the weekly check-ins exist. You control the scheduling; I'll send reminders, but the follow-through is yours.

The initial engagement and first month are non-refundable. After that, you're free to step off at the end of month two or three if it's not the right fit.
